iChanneX is working with another
mortgage industry partner to create an application that enables
simple document scanning, indexing, and archiving for fast search
and retrieval. This application will work for both active and
closed mortgage files.
Office Remedies - Survey Processing
iChanneX supported its
Solution Partner, research firm Office Remedies, Inc., by scanning
and extracting data from medical survey forms. We posted the collected
information as comma separated value (CSV) files on iChanneX's
secure delivery portal for download and analysis by the Office
Remedies experts.
Directory/Address Processing
iChanneX
used its OCR-Stencil technology to process pages from Directory
of Insurance Agencies and extracted names and addresses. The iChanneX
proprietary OCR-Stencil uses pattern matching to locate and extract
components of the addresses, even when using multiple font styles
and sizes.
iChanneX helped our data entry
solution partner capture names and addresses of new students for
multiple school districts. The student list comes in various formats
including both typed and hand-written information.
Major Project Alliances
A
service bureau veteran in image conversion has partnered with
iChanneX to bid on a large multi-year processing contract for
an insurance company. In this alliance, our partner will convert
the policy documents which are currently stored on microfilm to
digital images. iChanneX will index the images and store them
in secure encrypted format on iChanneX Vaults.
Office Administration
iChanneX provides
the patent-pending one-button categorization technology that allows
our customers to file their documents simply by running them through
a network copier. The documents are general corporate information
such as non-disclosure agreements, contracts, and lease agreements.

iChanneX has a solution that can process
a stack of business cards. The contact information is extracted
from the business cards and delivered in Excel spreadsheet format
ready to be conveniently uploaded to an MS Outlook Contact list.
