can include iChanneX as part of your overall customer solution.
Either you or your customer's staff collect and scan documents
using scanning stations installed at customer and/or customer
trading partner locations. The extracted data and associated scanned
images are then transferred to the customer's document management
system, which has likely been installed by you as the prime contractor.
iChanneX staff, having years of experience installing enterprise
information systems, can help integrate the iChanneX Solution
with each customer's ECM system. The iChanneX Solution is highly
modular and flexible, which enables you and your customers to
buy only the services they require. iChanneX can deliver its services
through either of two contractual arrangements: |
| As your Subcontractor - You serve as your customer's primary point of contact and have billing and collection responsibilities. You compensate iChanneX based on a mutually agreed-to fee scale for services rendered. |
| iChanneX Contracts Directly to Your Customer - At your discretion, you may choose to transfer operational responsibility to iChanneX following the ECM system implementation phase. By mutual agreement, iChanneX compensates you with a sales commission, or you benefit from a profit sharing arrangement over the term of iChanneX's operating agreement with your customer. |
