Janet
Vohariwatt, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Ms. Vohariwatt is a CEO and founder of iChanneX Corporation. Prior to founding iChanneX, she served as VP Global Product Development at Inasoft, a startup company, a Vice President of SAIC, a $6B Technology Integration Company, Xerox Corporation, and Ford Aerospace Telecom Subsidiary-Starnet. She has led teams in developing innovative IT solutions for customers such as Kaiser Permanente, Saskatchewan Provincial Health, DoD Health Services, Grant Thornton, BellSouth Wireless, SPAWAR, BP, and PDVSA. During her career, she has received numerous awards, including SAIC Top 1% excellent performance, Letter of Recognition from the Departments of the Navy, SAIC Spark Plug Award, Xerox President Class and Executive Shadow. Most recently she received 2006 San Diego Women Who Mean Business Award. Believes strongly in community services and globalization, she serves in the Sharp HealthCare Foundation Board of Directors, and support in UCSD Rady Mentor Program. Her educational background includes an M.S. in Computer Science from San Diego State University; MIBA from U.S. International University; L.L.B. (Honor in Law) from Ramkhamhaeng University, Thailand; and a B.S. (Accounting) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. |

Dr.
Orin Merrill, Co-Founder - Dr. Merrill is also a former
Vice Co-Founder of SAIC who has over 25 years of experience building
new business and managing line and project organizations at SAIC
and JPL. At SAIC, he conceptualized and built a successful e-Service
business for commercial freight transportation management that
is operating today. He has built and served as line manager for
technical organizations of up to 80 staff spanning multiple technical
and business areas. Dr. Merrill is a member of AIIM, ARMA, TAWPI,
and the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce. He has a Ph.D. in
Industrial and Operations Engineering and an M.A. in Mathematics
from the University of Michigan, and an A.B. in Mathematics from
Princeton University. |

John
Wasserburger, Chief Information Officer (CIO) - Mr. Wasserburger
recently joined iChanneX as CIO after a 24-year career at SAIC.
There he was a Vice President, and ran an engineering organizations
that was recognized for its success in managing large-scale IT
system deployment contracts. Major projects for enterprise customers
included application migration for Pfizer/Pharmacia; design of
an integrated voice, video, and data network for Bell Atlantic
(now part of Verizon); hardware, software, and network solutions
for Kaiser, Scripps, and the DOD; and analysis of IT infrastructure
for British Petroleum/Amoco. Earlier in his career, he served
as White House Deputy Director for Information Systems. Mr. Wasserburger
has completed course work towards an M.S. in Computer Science
at Kansas State University, and holds an MBA from Babson College
and a B.A. from University of California Davis. |
