portalDOC is a web-based solution that provides small and medium size organizations with near-instant online information and document management capabilities. This solution comes with the standard 5 document tabs to manage and track Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Administration, and Board of Director records.

The typical records are kept in the standard version of portalDOC and can be are both scanned document images and PDFs, other office electronics files such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint slides, and photos (JPEG). They can be uploaded to various tabs based on their categories and access such as:

  • Financial – Accounts Payables Purchase Order, Invoices, Check Stubs, and other documents used by accounting including tax forms, budgets, financial statement etc.
  • Financial – Accounts Receivable such as Task Order, Customers Agreements, Maintenances and Term Amendments
  • Administrative – These are such as internal policy, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, they also include general legal documents – evidence of business transactions or legal decisions including contracts, agreements, and support materials.
  • Human Resources – Employee Applications, offer letters, employment records, timesheet, employment benefits documents, performance review, leave of absence letter, and etc.
  • Board of Directors – Such as historical records, incorporation papers, deeds, intellectual property documents, business license, Board minutes, etc.
